hey, just noticed in the pg TOC on
http://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/static/index.html

chapter VI has roman numeral subsections, but V and VII both have
decimal sections. thats not very consistent...

Not consistant, no. It does feel like a different *level* of documentation
somehow. It seems plausible to treat this section separately, but i am not
an insider on it.

If no-one answers anything useful here, you might want to try the
documentation list..
